The vision of Portland Public Banking Alliance is an equitable, healthy, strong, and sustainable local economy supported by a Portland public bank using existing public revenue streams. Mission: Our mission is to educate the general public and local government leaders about the potential for public banking to achieve our vision, ultimately to help create a municipal public bank for the City of Portland, OR, and to support the efforts of others in Oregon to do the same. |
