Populist Dialogues programs advocating universal single payer healthcare for Oregon and the nation

Tom Sincic, President of Health Care for All Oregon, talks about our present healthcare system and how it would be improved by adoption of a single payer system at either the state or national level.
The Populist Dialogues has Laurie Simons and Terry Sterrenbergy, producers of The Healthcare Movie, as guests.

The documentary explores the differences between the Canadian Healthcare system and the American health insurance system and how/why Americans need to adopt a Canadian style single payer system. Laurie and Terry talk about how they came to make this movie, how the American and Canadian systems developed so differently. Terry notes that Canada has a tax system, while America has an insurance system.
